I'm wondering why you have removed the ability to delete a 'folder', not it's contents as it's empty, but the 'name', the folder title ? One used to be able to press 'control' 'click' and the list of options appears on a Mac, and now the option is there in the list in pale print so it can't be used. It used to be possible.
Why is Microsoft making it's products less useful and efficient by removing important tools ???
        It's a turn off

I agree: we shouldn’t have to request features that are implicit functions across essentially any email platform.

BUT WHY IS THIS TAGGED UNDER “ACCOUNT SAFETY”?!

Yes I've always wondered why there's no delete all! I have so much junk mail that it would take a lot of my time to delete them. That's just common sense

I want to make spam trash and unwanted emails easier to delete. I cant be clicking every single email or just a certain thread page to delete.

Please make an option to delete a lot of emails at once. I have tried and will tap on three or four and suddenly, all the emails i have indicated will return to unmarked or untagged and i have to start all over. Takes FROEVER to clean out the files(inbox, deleted, junk, etc.). Thank you. If there is such a thing already? PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DO IT! Thank you...

24 November 2015 is the first post requesting the delete all option. It is now 13 October 2017. In almost two years yall can't figure out how to restore a simple button. Come on man!!! At least reply to my post so I know yall are at least reading this, and fixing the issue would be an awesome idea also.

Deleted emails should have a delete all feature rather than only able to delete just a few at a time. When you have so many it takes too much time to clear them.

Should be able to select all email and delete. That should be able on mobile too.

        Pretty self explanatory.
As I sit on my phone logged in to my e mail I realize with four thousand e mails that I can only delet 6 or do at a time.

The SWIPE left to delete is great but can we not have an option for DELETE ALL so we don't have to sit and delete every item individually. Thanks

As of this morning, whenever I read a few of my emails, the "tabs" at the top (for "Delete All", "Mark as Junk", etc) totally disappear, resulting in having to re-log back in to read a few more emails, and then re-log back in. :(
