Provide a way I can add or edit contacts or people when using my Android phone in Chrome (not the app), as in the laptop version.
So I search on how to change my password & how do I add contacts. The help sucks!!!! I'm going back to Charter because life is too short to ***** around with this piece of **** you call outlook.
Have a nice day!

I am unable to delete some contacts in Outlook.live.com. I do not know how they got there, and I do not know who these people are. They appear to be IM contacts, but there are no options to remove them. They have also been added to my calendar and I get their birthday notifications. Please just give us a 'delete' button for unwanted contacts.
Your "Outlook People" page is total ****!
It is buggy!
Multiple selection or single selection does not work!
There is no option to delete multiple contacts!
Improve it, you are Microsoft! Unbelievable!

Gee, it would be really nice to be able to add a single contact to the contact list. However, there is not feature that allows one to simply add a contact to their list. It is only by random chance that after an email is sent that sometimes this very frustrating email program asks if you want to add the contact. That only happens sometimes. Otherwise, I have been unable to add a single contact despite looking all over the place, looking in the help documents, etc... But unfortunately, no luck finding out how to add a single contact and address to the list of contacts. Very very frustrating.
Making it actually usable rather than clunky and outdated
Photo, can't add or remove in contacts!
How do I delete my contact list? He was the only one he put himself into my contacts! That's how I found out he got into my laptop changed the password! He's a bad itch I can't scratch a flea that keeps ruining my life! It's time for me to play!!!! New wife and kid...... here I come!!!!
Ok sorry to hear that's INSANE ITS MICROSOFT NOT THE 1800's for God sakes! Forget using email at outlook.com. Aol is best free and SO Easy! I just created 3 brand new email address's in literally 15 min! Been using my first email 20 years ago! Outlook email su----is! I spent an HOUR trying to figure it out! I had to change everything because some criminal that lived at my house decided when I was away to use my laptop I went to enter pin and it took me 2 hours to figure it out!!!!! I figured out he was using SKYPE TOO! I'm back again to make a change to make sure he's not using my acct. loser!!!!!
Managing contacts would be a lot more user friendly if you could delete old email addresses. For some reason this is not an option or not user friendly to allow people to figure out how to do so. I have several old contacts who have updated their emails ect, and Outlook will not let me delete old contact info. Very frustrating!
Cleanup contacts function only links accounts. What if it rather took all the information and moved it to the Outlook account contacts, deleting other remaining contacts? Do these for all already linked so that I don't have there one contact 5 times in Outlook, once with email, next time with number. It's really a mess from where the only way is to Shift+Delete and start over, really.
Thanks! Feel free to contact me back at firstname.lastname@example.org, i'm happy to help define the logic and heuristics, i'm an Insider. :)
very difficult to edit contacts, impossible in fact, don't want to link work and personal info
why do you have made contect remove impossible.?

I access my Outlook account via my PC (Windows 7 Professional) and by my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7). On my phone there are several contacts I long ago deleted from the PC and they don't show under People when I use the PC but they do show under people on the Mobile! But on the mobile there is no way I can see to delete contacts! I try deleting them from ny contacts list on my phoe, but 10 min later they are back in my phone's contacts. I suggest this is a bug which needs fixing
