    • Update security

      Was blocked access to my hotmail because visiting another country and couldn't send myself the text to unlock it so went through a large questionnaire process to get into my emails only to be told to change my password and when I went to add the security option of sending an email to another address (my husbands Gmail works fine) only to be told once again to send a text to my phone anyway! Why did I go through this process for nothing?! Pathetic

      • Email items not opens in Mobile site even after touching it multiple times

        First Outlook takes way too much time to load on Mobile site. After that once it loads the email it simply won't open it even after touching it multiple times. Somebody seriously need to test this feature if you are not already doing it.

        • Stop. Whatever Outlook is doing and sending me stuff to my hotmail- stop. I hate outlook, period. Stop.

          My hotmail gets messages from outlook on when my bills are due because it basically reads my emails. Stop it. I know when to pay my bills. I already get emails from the places where my bills are due! I don’t need outlook’s help. Yes, I have already gone through the settings; and it still happens. So STOP!!

            I can block the domain as vv0tqe1sfi4ydghm0cow.coffeeaddiclife.com - why not coffeeaddiclife.com to catch all these ridiculous domains?

            • Why have my messages started to go to junk?

              Why, even AFTER I pull the message out of junk and send to inbox, the next message from the SAME sender goes to junk! What have you changed and how can I undo that stupidity?

                This is another example of Outlook.com filters/blocked senders that fail to delete or block designated sources. I will send you about 12 to help you identify how they are evading the filters and blocked senders. In the "To:" field, I have replaced my email address with the word "Removed".
                For expedience, the headers are truncated after a certain point.

                  • Delete big groups of mail

                        • When you use website app on google chrome it is very difficult to open an email. It just highlights it. Please fix it

                          If you use the mobile app chrome, and you login through the web app, it doesn’t let you open the email without trying a number of times. Please fix this.

                            • No wonder everyone’s switching to google. You guys are so out of touch with what everyone wants. This is ridiculous hotmail WAS awesome.

                              No wonder everyone is switching to gma. This has become ridiculously difficult to do simple tasks, it was perfect when hotmail ran it.
                              Now I can’t figure out how to delete 20 year old contacts from my iPhone, I can’t delete mail without refreshing because outlook loads everything in single chunks, too many slide-y windows, pop up notifications, what ever happened to keeping things simple?

                                • How can I add a name back to suggested contacts? I deleted some that I use all the time and now I have to type in the whole thing.

                                  There doesn't seem to be a way to add a suggested contact back once I deleted some, I didn't realize it would require going to People, scan the library, then copy/paste the address since I can't remember them all. I thought a few more messages would automatically put them back. HELP!

                                      • Option to switch between the new beta and the previous version

                                        New version that was rolled out during September 2018 is way slower than the previous one and it also lacks basic functions we were used to, like for example the option to massively Move all Emails from a recipient elsewhere ( it was under Move To > Move all email from )

                                        I am unable to even locate how to turn off Favorites in the upper left or move to the bottom.

                                        You had a simple button switching between the new and old version and it now gone, we need that so we may choose what version suits us best.

                                          The emails of a organisation I was corresponding with suddenly got sent to my spam folder. We had already sent several emails back and forth. After a while I didn't see any new emails in my inbox and missed out on an opportunity because their emails were sent to my spam folder instead.
