    I have had this email account for 17 years
    I have kept it because it is easy to use.
    The market is way flooded with devices , programs and services that are
    flooded with millions of things that most people do not use.

    There will be a market for " People who do not want to spend their time on their phone or wading
    through software that is jammed with extra stuff.

    The focused and other way of presenting mail is labor intensive.
    More and more will call out
    Less is more

      Hello,
      I am able-and have been able- to attach brief videos from 2013-2014 over that are over 100mb size using OneDrive.

      However when i try to attach similar videos taken only 2 weeks ago it will not attach using OneDrive.

      why is that, and much more importantly, what do you suggest I do to be able to send videos larger than 100mb? I dont care if its OneDrive or not, so long as it works.

            Hi a lot of emails I receive from work are suddenly in my junk mail rather than inbox. I haven't changed any settings and I used to receive mail from the same senders in my inbox. Any ideas why this could have happened? Thanx : )

                  We have some good news! You can actually turn the Focused inbox feature off and on as you wish. To do so:

                  1. Go to settings in the top right corner of your screen. On the next screen, look in the left panel.
                  2.Scroll down until you see a heading titled Layout.
                  3.Listed under layout you should see an option for Focused Inbox.
                  After you’ve clicked on Focused Inbox you will be given the option to “sort messages into Focused and Other” or “Don’t sort messages”.
                  4.After selecting one of these options make sure to click the save button at the top of your screen then click options on the top left to return to your updated inbox.

                  My outlook is not working quite good in Mozilla Firefox (this is the only browser i do use. It often get hanged although other websites are working good.

                    Can you please tell me what the **** is going on with my email account?!?
                    This is my B-class email-account and ONLY thing I want to do is CHANGE MY PASSWORD!!!!
                    However this does not seem to be possible at all !?!?!
                    Instead from the CHANGE MY PASSWORD -BUTTON I get this **** !?!?
                    I don't want to give you my phone number or any other email accont!
                    I just want my PASSWORD TO BE CHANGED - how can I do this!?!?

                      When load outlook then click on inbox there is a new option called Focused I do not know why it is there because I never have seen any mail in it. If I want to see my emails now I have to select other. Do I need this Focused option ? If not how can I get rid of it?

                                HOW DO I STOP THE AWFUL ***** EMAIL I CONSTANTLY HAVE TO DELETE FROM MY JUNK MAIL BOX!!! I DO NOT WANT IT TO SHOW UP AT ALL!!!                                     2 unopened emails from my daughter about trips and times just disappeared when I clicked in NEW focused that were unopened. I hope my daughters show up ,again because they have important info of when I need to be places. I hate this new focused, if things do not chg I will go to Gmail.

                                      I HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE, HATE THIS !@#$%^&*()(*&^%$#@! NEW SYSTEM OF FOCUSED AND OTHER MAILBOXES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I wanted TWO MAILBOXES I would have created two mailboxes myself!!!

                                        Please combine "Focused" and "Other." It's a pain in the butt having to switch back & forth just to see all of my email. If it's not that important I either unsubscribe or it goes to my junk email. How about adding a "Contacts" tab instead of separating the same type of emails. Thanks.

                                          After you’ve clicked on Focused Inbox you will be given the option to “sort messages into Focused and Other” or “Don’t sort messages”.
                                          4.After selecting one of these options make sure to click the save button at the top of your screen then click options on the top left to return to your updated inbox.

                                          I've had 'hotmail' acct for 10 + yrs but haven't signed in for 2 or 3 yrs. thought I would ck my old mail...... now it's outlook, but after signing in w my old email address and PW..... no mail was there. where did it go??? I know I rec'd some because that's where email recpts from pd bills, i.e. student loans, certain old banks recpts etc were directed and I've kept current w all these financial obligations. where's my old mail ???????????????????????????
