  4. Allow logins with just email and password

Allow users to log in with email address and password. Currently, every time I log in to outlook via a browser, even if I use my work email, I will be logged into my school email. This doesn't seem safe at all; that I put one address and password in and get access to another.

The posted solution is to close all windows after logging out and restart the browser. The problem with this is, I always have many tabs open that I'm working on for research and don't want to take 15 minutes to book mark everything, which I…

  7. Create Release and Allow button in End User Spam Notification email

Right now users can release emails, but they cannot whitelist those email address unless they are a security admin. It would be nice to have a "Release and Allow" button that would let users release the message and add the email to their safe senders list. Or you could create a specific role that let's users whitelist the address instead of having to give them Security Admin.

  11. Showing seconds in sent mails

Showing the seconds in the timestamp in ALSO the sent mails, which is VERY important in numerous occasions, could be quite handy, wouldn't you think? I have NO idea why on EARTH this simple yet effective thing isn't possible on Outlook mails!

  12. New feedback from Outlook.com

If I did not click the checkbox to stay signed in on the original login screen, why are you then YET AGAIN serving up another entire whole screen to once more ask me if I want to stay signed in? I was sure the first time that I did not want to check the box or I would have. Is there a way to opt out of this version of the product which was clearly intended for the indecisive?

  13. New feedback from Outlook.com

The update that was made to Outlook is terrible. It is a giant step backward. The address book improvements that were made in the previous update are now all gone. Why??????????????????

  14. Would like option to see Recipient email address / name

I sent one email, which I sent separately to individual email addresses.

Once they were sent, I put them in one folder. When I open that folder, it is impossible for me to see, which email went to which person because only my email address appears (as the sender). I looked in the "Sort" option, and "Recipient" is not offered. I would like to see either "Recipient" offered as a sort option or the ability to list both Sender/Receiver email addresses.

  16. New feedback from Outlook.com

How can we PERMANENTLY change our status to INVISIBLE? It is not only an invasion of privacy to have this turned on all the time, but the added step to mark this every time we login to avoid interruptions to our work wastes our time and is burdensome. It should not be necessary to have to take this extra step. If I am PAYING to use a product, I expect it to have features which make me more productive, not less productive. These are the types of "design" flaws which annoy people to the point that they will look to…

  17. New feedback from Outlook.com

If you are going to give us a slider bar with "Try the Beta" as an option, then it would be helpful to have an Information button nearby so we could see what was in the Beta version to determine whether there is some new feature appealing enough to make us want to risk the new version. No one is going to blindly try a Beta version unless there is a compelling reason -- getting current bugs fixed, getting a feature you've been asking for, whatever.

  18. New feedback from Outlook.com

How can we get the Adult version of the product? On the sign-on screen, you already ask if we want to Stay Signed In (with a checkbox). Then, after we sign in, we are presented with yet another time-wasting screen asking us if we want to stay signed in (um, no I didn't check the box the first time you asked). Worse, the "Never ask again" checkbox doesn't work. Maybe there should be 2 versions of the product? One which is dumbed down with all the repetitious screens and one without. Let the user choose whether they need the "second…
