  1. Get rid of "Focused"

    Focused inbox is not useful. Focused inbox has been putting too many items into the Other. Get rid of it!

      We have some good news! You can actually turn the Focused inbox feature off and on as you wish. To do so:
      1. Go to settings in the top right corner of your screen. On the next screen,look in the left panel.
      2.Scroll down until you see a heading titled Layout.
      3.Listed under layout you should see an option for Focused Inbox.
      After you’ve clicked on Focused Inbox you will be given the option to “sort messages into Focused and Other” or “Don’t sort messages”.
      4.After selecting one of these options make sure to click the save button at the top of your screen then click options on the top left to return to your updated inbox.

      I can block the domain as vv0tqe1sfi4ydghm0cow.coffeeaddiclife.com - why not coffeeaddiclife.com to catch all these ridiculous domains?

        • Adding Skpe Meeting to New Outlook Calendar - Online Version (Not Desktop App)

          I can add a skype meeting/phone with the old version of calendar on the desktop app. However, I am trying to get used to the online mail and calendar. When I click my calendar and create a new event, I do not see the option to add a Skype phone. How do I do this?

          I am on a mac.

                • Fix the login blocks

                  Every time I travel or try to login from a different computer I get locked out. I try and enter an alternate hotmail address and its also locked out! What gives? Please fix this as I am locked out from both my regular and secondary accounts. Don't bother emailing me because I can't login!

                      • I couldn’t be able to find contacts link to microsoft head office in my internetmail address’ column to add my mother’s name with my name.

                        I couldn’t be able to find a contact column in my internet mail address to contact United States head office if microsoft to add my mothers name with my name.

                            • Multi Calendar sync like google's selectsync to help sync with native android

                              I have talked with Microsoft support and Outlook App for Android Support and they both say that I need to report this issue of not all calendars being available from outlook account to Outlook.com. Google's selectsync allows mutliple google calendars from one google account to be symchronised with third party applications like Calendar UWP for Windows 10. Why are not all my Outlook Calendars from my one Outlook account not showing up in native android sync???

                                    • Easy to remove, arrange and add folders on mobile app.

                                      I can't believe this day in age I cannot delete, create or arrange my folders on mobile app or desktop mobile function.. I have several folders that need deleted and have to start up my old 2010 netbook that has xp on it to do so!! Grrr come on Microsoft get with it!

                                        • Anyone know of a fix for Windows10 such that Outlook 2003 will continue to function

                                          Ever since the 'creators update' of Windows10 in Dec 2017, our old (2003) Outlook is inoperable. It's either 'operation failed' or 'operation failed due to registry . . . . . '. So now we use an inferior email product as the new Outlook is too expensive for us seniors to rent.
