        • Majority of emails are coming through to Focused and not filtering correctly to Other - HELP

          Hi there,
           
          I’m having issues with my Focused inbox.
           
          Rather than receiving important items in my focused inbox, I’m now receiving an overflow of the more irrelevant emails that would usually be filtered through to the Other tab. I’d say 98% of all my received emails are now coming through to Focused, and about 2% filtering through to Other.
           
          This is very frustrating because I’ve had to switch off my email notifications on my phone because rather than being notified of the important emails, I’m getting notifications for basically everything as it’s not filtering through to Other…

            • Retrieve old emails

              Can anyone tell me how to retrieve old emails from my account. Emails from 6 mo this to a year ago are missing and I really need them! I tried putting them in a new folder but they are missing from that too!

                      • My brother hacked my account

                        I am looking to retrieve emails that were permanently erased on thanksgiving day and the day before.. my brother hacked my accounts and then got in my email and deleted any change I had of reverting those applications made to my account

                              Since the last update I can't read most of my e-mails. the crool bar keeps vanishing; if it eventually shows up, it freezes; if I manage to finally use it, all my e-mails keep dissapearing and then showing up, so I usually can't click on them.
