    Emails should have a bar indicating if a rule is being applied to that sender or type of email the same way bars are shown for newsletters or emails that will be deleted soon from JUNK.

    There needs to be an easier way to mass create rules for spam to be moved from inbox to junk. Gmail has it but for some reason the hotmail that has been around for longer doesn't. Also curious as to why, after having moved emails to junk and made rules for the junk mail, specifically the exact same one several times a day doesn't get moved to junk. Pretty disappointed. Hard to believe that there isn't a filter out there for when an email comes from an address such as als;dinvapesiornjasd;flajwengf@asdfpio.com doesn't go straight to the junk folder. Its…

    My Outlook calendar app on both PC and windows 10 mobile is definitely not syncing with Calendar online. I keep importing face book events and they show on online version but never on mobile and PC. I now have to rely upon third party app for syncing with face book events. I loved this feature back in windows phone 8.1 but now everything's a complete mess.

    Sorry to say but very much disappointed as a person who admired Microsoft's services and outlook's capabilities.

    The "filters" are not working. I am getting a lot of "junk" mail in my inbox rather than in junkmail. When I try to block those emails more than half say they cannot be blocked because they do not have valid addresses. Some even say they are coming from my own email address. It is very frustrating.

    Why, when I search by certain email sender names, say GroupOn... And all GroupOn emails do show up, why when I select all and Delete all.. Does it glitch and not complete that task at all? I click and reclick and retry several times.. Just in Inbox, or in All Folders.. would really really help in cleaning up my file!!!!! I'm left having to go down the inbox and delete each freaking undesired email!

    I hate outlook. 351 unwanted e-mails in one week.. I tried marking them JUNK, PHISHING, or Blocking. Nothing works. Were is the filter?

    I do not find my list of favorites. If I want to send an e-mail, I have to go thru my list one by one.
    Hotmail was wonderful. Never had a problem. Please get me out of OUTLOOK.

    Managing contacts via the people is a nightmare. I wanted to add some contacts to create a list, but I am unable to accomplish it because when i select the contacts there is no option to add it to a list, and the recently added contacts are not showing up in the contact list.

    1. In the past before Hotmail changed to Outlook Mail, I used to be able to select multiple messages and perform the "Sweep" function on a bulk list of emails. But now, if I select more than one message, the "Sweep" button disappears. This is very inconvenient that I need to "Sweep" one email at a time.


    2. When I select and go to the "Junk Email" folder, by default the first message is highlighted and unchecked. But because it is highlighted, the "Empty Folder" button does not appear. For the "Empty Folder" button to appear, I need to select a message…

    I used to be able to look at the in box 'from' column and see the address of the sender when I held the mouse curser over it, enabling me to see if it was spam or not. They are getting tricky and putting names like 'amazon, or a life insurance name' in the from column, but when I open it the name is 'saed' or some other weird name that is obviously not from amazon, which actually has 'Amazon' in the address. If I forget to look, then I, or at least someone else, could be tempted to open…

    Now that I cannot send a message to more than ten (10) contacts at a time; could you develop a multiple favorites list, or folders that can contain ten (10) contacts or emails addresses, that way I could click on the various folders or grouped lists and send a message to one's in my group, even if I have to send the message more than once.

    Stop pretending that reporting "phishing scams" results in anything at all. I have reported many, many obvious phishing scammers, with no noticeable result. I still get email from scammers trying to get my financial information, some many multiple times, yet they are still around.

    After you "upgrade" or change Outlook the rules don't work properly. I keep receiving a lot of junk mail in my inbox. and when I try to "sweep" it it keeps telling me "Something went wrong, please try again later" but it never works.
    Please fix that ASAP!!! it's a pain to have the inbox full of junk and not being able to clean it.

    When I select emails from my junk email and click Block, they continue to come through. Recently, I have noticed that the Block option isn't working at all resulting in tons of spams flooding my junk email. Can someone please look into this?
