    It is unbelievable that every time I try to access my E-Mail account it seems there is a problem....I cannot get my new mail in my in box. I am getting very tiered of this. Frustrating to say the least. I guess it is time to get another provider...

    PS: I think you guys sold your souls to advertising ...Too bad ....it was a great service

      I cannot check my new emails in Hotmail.com. The Inbox shows 9 unread messages but I cannot access them on my PC using windows 10. What should I do?

        I have 125 new emails in my inbox, but only getting to see on;y 14 old viewed emails.
        Nothing in my junk box or any other folders that I have created.
        Please advise as to why my new email are nowhere that I can have access to.

          This is a support ticket for Outlook Mail (hotmail).

          The problem: Emails from account@seekingarrangement.com are no longer coming to my Inbox. I have been receiving these emails every day for several years, but about a week ago they stopped coming. [They are not going to my Junk folder, and account@seekingarrangement.com is on my Safe Sender list.] SeekingArrangement.com believes that the hotmail system is filtering these messages before they can reach me. Please help me receive these messages again.

          Please forward this Support ticket to Microsoft/hotmail support. I could not find a link to send a support request directly to them.

                    I have been trying for two days to change my password for my Hotmail account. The other gmail and yahoo accounts I had I have not used in many years nor do I remember the password for them. Without these accounts to confirm who I am they will not let me change my password....it is frustrating me to death......when they said I could enter my phone number I did and it replied that this number was already associated with my account and to enter a different one.                       Hello

                      It looks like I hit the Block Senders limit on my hotmail account. When I ad email address to my list, it doesn't save it, even if I do it in the block senders page and save the address. If I delete a email address in my list, then I can ad a new one. I'm not given any warning that I have hit a limit though. Is this a bug with hotmail or just the limit of my free hotmail account?

                          Well if there is no way to do what I'm trying then this is a bug. If there is a way I'd like to know. If your mouse finger accidentally moves an email folder into another, there seems to be no way to get it back out... you can move it to another folder, but it can't be a top folder anymore, only a subfolder.

                                        The scroll bar used to go through your email is not calibrated correctly. In the former version you would get so many emails per page which is the preferred option to what the new version offers. There either needs to be an option that an email user can set or this needs to be re-calibrated. Before the upgrade we could scroll through our thousands of emails at a slow readers pace using the scroll bar now when you use the scroll bar the emails disappear and you can literally end up in emails from years 2014 instead of a few…
