    Hi there,

    When I logged into my Outlook I was unable to see my emails when I clicked on my Inbox File. The only thing that shows is a current email on the bottom of the screen. I am unable to access my list of emails and I am not sure how to change this setting. I looked throughout Outlook Settings and cannot figure it out. Can you please email me at jlemieux9957@hotmail.com and help me fix this.

      Often when I send a message it sits in draft. Is it sent? I click send. It says draft. So I click send again. It's in my draft folder, so it must not have sent, right? But what if it did send? Am I just spamming everyone now over and over and over and over because your system reports it as draft?

      This technology has been out since... what, 1990? It shouldn't be this difficult.

        Hey team,
        I've been a long time user of Outlook.com however since Tuesday I have not been able to send emails out.
        I have tried sending emails from my Windows 10 Outlook 2016 client, from my iPhone 7 Plus native client and through the web client.

        All my emails automatically are going to drafts folder. Is there anything that can be done to help?

              I think you should have it set up that there is a block all emails with this type of content permanently setting. The reason for this is then I can open my junk mail folder and not have to worry about seeing some really disgusting email headers while looking for the one that might have been misplaced. Recently I have been inundated with adult only emails, and emails about cialic and viagra. None of these emails are in any way, shape or form something I'd be interested in receiving at any time!!                   I get an email from the help.
                  I respond and they later send me an email saying they haven't' heard from me.

                  This has been going on for a month.

                  I am getting major errors in trying to send out emails, save drafts and just connect.
                  This is beyond frustration.
                  Plus you have deleted emails in my sent section that are older than 30 days and now I have no emails from the past.

                  This is unbelievable.

                  It would be nice if someone would pick up a phone and call me.

                    Why won't Outlook let me edit my contacts all of a sudden? When I click on some of them, the "edit" button completely disappears. When I click on others and go through the edit process, it tells me it can't be saved right now. It also won't let me delete some people.

                      Hello, I think that it is great to always improve on technology and IT services but just when you have learned you application to fit your needs; Outlook updates and you have to go back to square 1 to re-organizing your page, email and Spam"!! Hundreds of unnecessary and unwanted emails come through my email (junk mail) everyday! Can anything in the future be done about improving the transitional process! Please advise.                           Error: The message can't be closed for the following reason: The message can't be saved because it no longer exists. It can only be discarded. Make sure you copy the contents of the message before you discard if you want to use them later.

                              what is wrong with MSN my wife and daughter used my pc to log into there accounts and then needed a security number they used my email address to get one and it never gets sent so we have 3 accounts that cant be used. becoming very disappointed with the service

                                  Just a few words on what comes into my account. Please take a look at my 'hotmail' account which has now been vacuumed-up by 'outlook' mail. There is nothing in the inbox, but there are 24 pieces of 'junk mail'. I have asked, in the past, for you to close my account(s). I make the plural available because I have no idea as to which account the mail is sent.

                                  I am a creature of habit and have no need for any of your accounts. Because you live on the 'left coast', you think you know what everyone else needs…
