Can't open PDF attachments, receive the error, "something went wrong, please try again later."
Also, can't download them.Lots of issues opening emails and attachments since the, "Update" on Nov 9th!

how do I get back to my Hotmail.com account. This outlook is not good. Very confusing for me. Please tell me how. I can't afford to get a techie to delete outlook off of all of my devices. It seems to have just taken over and is very frustrating. Who allowed this?

The new "focus" arrangement of incoming email is exceedingly confusing. What happens after I open an email from the unread box. Where do I locate it? In the old format, it remains in the inbox, and I can retrieve it whenever I want to. With this new format, I can't locate an opened email, and I'm anxious that

I'm having a problem logging into my business email at hotmail.com. I see in the left column next to Inbox that I have new emails but they do not show up on the right side. I've had to sign out and then sign back in; sometimes that works, others it doesn't. When I am able to see my new emails the title of that column changes to Focused and Other. New emails are not visible when "All" is at the top. My personal email does not do this. Is there a setting that changes this? Thank you.

I've had a hotmail account for many years & have been satisifed with it, but whatever you did several weeks ago has messed up may account terrible. Every time you so call up grade your service you make it worse. This Focus thing is dumb. When I open my account I want to see today's messages., not ones from years ago. My new unread emails are not showing up in the feed. I can see by the number of unread emails that I ave them but they do not show up anywhere. I tried switching to only unread mail but still they do not show. Fix this problem as I would really like to get my emails.
